Shipping policy

All Online orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Product delivery will occur within 7-14 business days of order being placed-and is based on geographical location. Be sure to provide the correct shipping address for your order. We will not refund any orders with the incorrect address. Please make sure the delivery address is a safe area.

Once orders have been shipped, you will receive tracking numbers via text and/or email. For any delays with your orders, damaged orders or missing orders, you must contact Fed Ex, USPS, UPS and provide them with your tracking information so that they may locate your item(s) or help you file a claim. We are not responsible for these issues.

Shipping Limitations. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Site. All purchases from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
